Every year, for 15 years, the Harlow Family has gathered with family and friends to honor the memory of Charlie.  This year we will hold the 16th Annual Charlie Harlow Memorial Golf Tournament on October 10, 2008.  It took us 15 years but we finally decided that August is just too hot for a golf tournament so this year we moved the date to October.
