Every year, for 16 years, the Harlow Family has gathered with family and friends to honor the memory of Charlie.  This year we will hold the 17th Annual Charlie Harlow Memorial Golf Tournament on October 26, 2009.  It took us 16 years but we finally decided last year that August was just too hot for a golf tournament so we are in October again this year.  AND, we are back at Fort Belvoir Golf Club.
